A founding member of White-Spunner & Associates, Inc. in 1954, Blacksher White-Spunner currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. He has been active in developing raw land for commercial and first class residential developments as well as neighborhood retail centers in Mobile and Baldwin County over the past fifty years. He is graduate of Auburn University, a founding member of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, a past Director of the Mobile YMCA and a Community Foundation of South Alabama Board Member.

John White-Spunner

A graduate of Auburn University, John White-Spunner serves as the CEO of White-Spunner & Associates. He specializes in commercial construction for WSA.
John is active in community life, currently serves as Sunday school teacher for Junior High boys and is also active on the Distribution Committee for the Bedsole Foundation. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of Infirmary Hospital, McClain Foundation, Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors, Rotary Club member and Gideon’s.
White-Spunner is a past chairman of the Board and currently a member of the Building Committee of Bayside Academy, Mobile Infirmary Foundation, Advisory Board for Whitney Bank and the Advisory Board for Boys & Girls Club. John and family are active supporters of Our Little Roses, a home for girls in Honduras.

Matt White

Matt White joined the WSA team in 1999. He currently serves as president of White-Spunner & Associates and is active in the brokerage and development areas. A graduate of the University of Alabama, he is a licensed real estate broker in Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana and also holds a certified public accountants license from the state of Alabama.
Matt serves on the Mobile Chamber of Commerce Board as well as the Chairman of the 2009 Chamber Chase, the University of South Alabama Real Estate Advisory Board, the Fairhope Educational Enrichment Foundation and the Prichard Preparatory School Board. He is a member of ICSC, National Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and the Mobile Area Association of Realtors.
Matt and his wife Tandy have four children, Sidney, Noah, Reagan and Coleman. They are members of Fairhope United Methodist church where Matt teaches Sunday school, serves on the Family Ministries leadership team and on the Board of Stewards. He enjoys playing golf with his children, fishing and hunting.

Jeremy B. Milling

Jeremy Milling, CCIM has been
with White-Spunner & Associates since 2000, specializing in commercial
sales, leasing and development with a concentration in office, office-warehouse,
industrial land and investment properties.
A graduate of Washington &
Lee University, Milling worked for a regional financial institution in retail
banking and commercial lending before entering the commercial real estate
industry.
In addition, he currently serves on the Moorer YMCA Board of
Advisors, is a member of the Rotary Club of Mobile, the Mobile Transportation Coalition
and is the Mobile Alumni President for Washington and Lee University. Jeremy is also a member of the Mobile
and Baldwin County Commercial Exchange Clubs, having served as a past president
of both organizations. He currently serves on the board for the Downtown Mobile
Development Alliance as well as the BB&T Bank Advisory Board. He is a past board member of the Mobile
Area Association of Realtors and Mobile Historic Development Commission, and is
a graduate of Leadership Baldwin County.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama
Association of Realtors, the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, and currently
serves as Treasurer of the Gulf Coast District CCIM – Alabama Chapter.
Jeremy has been married to the former Myrtle Murray Robinson
for 15 years; together they have four children, Jeb, Emilia, Lee and
Helen. The Milling family attends
St. Ignatius Catholic Church. In
his spare time, he enjoys sailing, hunting, and fishing.
